i've been doing this video since '93, and have not found a better one since. This is a no nonsense, right to the point 30 min video that if done regularly 3-4/week produces amazing results. i don't like a lot of silly dance steps - i like to get my workout in fast. it really takes so little time but targets and isolates the muscle group so well that it really works.
