A Super Cross Training Workout! 20-20-20 Three workouts in one! This workout is designed to give you the ultimate total body workout. 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of stretching. You could see anything from hi/lo aerobics, kickboxing, Tabata, yoga and/or pilates.Let’s have a killer workout and tons of fun!
Equipment: weights, towel, mat, water... bring whatever you have *optional (2) water bottles, (2) soup cans, jugs filled with water, heavy book
